昆山杜克大学工会委员会是校工会的常设领导机关，含委员9名，每届任期3年。校工会经费审查委员会由4名委员组成，设主任1名。校工会女职工委员会由7名委员组成，设主任1名。
Duke Kunshan University Trade Union Committee is the standing governing body of the Union, comprising 9 members, with 3 years as a term for each member. The Union has set up the Fund Inspection Committee with 1 Head and 3 members, and the Female Employee Committee with 1 Head and 6 members respectively.
校工会主席（1名）、副主席（1名）以及各委员会主任由校工会委员会选举产生并由上级工会批准，任期3年。
The Chairman (1 person), Deputy Chairman (1 person) and Heads of the committees of the Union are elected by the Trade Union Committee and approved by the higher-level Trade Union body, with 3 years as one term for each leadership.
校工会各委员会的职责是：
The responsibilities of the Union committees are:
（一）制定预算和年度工作计划；Formulating budget and annual work plans;
（二）与上级工会沟通和联络；Communicating and liaising with the higher-level Trade Union body;
（三）维护会员的合法权益并与管理层进行反映和沟通；Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the Union members and communicating with the University leadership;
（四）领导和组织开展工会的各项活动。Leading and organizing various Union activities.
The responsibilities of the Union committees are:
